Abuse of the program will lead to exclusion from the program and any rewards earned will be revoked. This pertains to, but not exclusively, mass distribution of the referral link and/or code in any form as well as referring yourself. Using your referral link to run Google Ads will result in an immediate deletion of your account.
Pay Per Click advertising is not permitted.
Freestyle may discontinue the Ambassador Program at any time and will not be liable for any loss of income.
You are not permitted, under any circumstances, to represent that you are acting on behalf of Freestyle or that you have the authority to enter in any agreement on behalf of Freestyle.
The purchase must either be made through your unique referral link or involve your unique referral discount code in order for you to be credited. You will not earn your reward if the referred customer fails to do so and Freestyle is under no obligation to pay you a reward in such case.
You acknowledge and agree that Freestyle's determination will be final and binding with respect to the referring party's eligibility for any Ambassador Reward. Unique referral discount code may only be used 1 time per customer.
Freestyle reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to exclude any participant at any time from the program
Freestyle reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to deny any application to the program.
The referring party shall govern himself/herself in a legal and ethical manner. The referring party shall not misrepresent Freestyle's services and prices or impose any fees or charges or minimums in connection with Freestyle's services.
Freestyle reserves the right to investigate any suspicious or inappropriate registration or activity. Freestyle, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to delay payment of any Ambassador Reward while it conducts an investigation of any such activity. If Freestyle, in its sole discretion, concludes a registration was deceptive you agree that Freestyle will not be obligated to pay any Ambassador Reward for such registration.
If you elect to choose a custom discount code, Freestyle, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject your requested code and modify it or replace it with a generated one.
Payouts will be processed once the return period of 30 days has passed.
